How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are created with a gentle, balanced approach using high-quality essential oils and other natural ingredients. Many individuals with sensitive skin enjoy our products; however, we always recommend performing a patch test before full use. If you are under medical care or pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider.

Where are products made?

Proper Xchange products are thoughtfully crafted in small batches in either our Atlanta or Los Angeles location, allowing us to maintain consistency, care, and intention in every offering.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery, and we promise to make it right.

Do you restock sold-out items?
