Each program is designed to meet participants exactly where they are — no prior wellness experience required. Programs are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and facility-compliant.
Aromatherapy Workshop
Hands-on essential oil education and personalized blend-making. Participants leave with a take-home roller blend and the knowledge to use it intentionally every day.

- All supplies, materials, and equipment are provided and transported by us
- Minimum 8 participants; maximum 30 per session (larger groups, contact us)
- Travel included within Los Angeles County
